The Value of Working Smart

Putting all serious thoughts aside, I present to you a golden formula:

Assuming marking system with A=1, B=2, C=3, ...Z=26 marks.

From an employer perspective, we value people with:

KNOWLEDGE = 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96%

HARDWORK = 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 = 98%

and,

ATTITUDE = 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 = 100%

So the above formula shows how the importance of employee's attitude towards their job. Now consider,

SMARTWORK = 19+13+1+18+20+23+15+18+11 = 138%

This is a very interesting finding. Not just exceeding employee's expectation, but guaranteeing a better future for the employee. Become a man of great wealth in knowledge, relationship, and $. 一生發, if you know what I mean in Chinese feng sui :)
